Front of house can be a slight obstruction to getting either an appointment or telephone advice
The doctors are great if you can speak to them. The receptionist are constantly rude and very unapproachable and always seems like an effort to do there job. They give out wrong information about when certain GP will be available and always say to phone back tomorrow.
Drs are always kind and have time for patients, only issue is actually getting through or booking an appointment.
Telephone appts wait time is at least 30 minutes and not enough is made of emails or web appointments.
My mother who is in her 80s came to the surgery to have her blood tested which turned out to be someone from the Lloyds chemist doing the test. Why this is I don’t know , she did ask the girl like most people of her age would do about the COVID vaccine. The girls awnser was you will have to wait like everybody else to find out in her rude and unessarry manner. The only reason she was asking was her cousin who is in his 70s is getting his at Langley health centre this week. She did ask reception but just same response. Langley health centre must have done some already if they are doing the 70s so I can understand her asking the question. Burnham health centre do seem to be behind other health centres in a lot of ways.
